DeepWrite provides AI-powered content generation tools including blog writing, image generation, social media content creation, and other writing assistance features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Spam, harass, or deceive others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
5. Content Ownership
Content generated using our AI tools belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your original input or the generated output.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
DeepWrite is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
